History

Extensive background in virtually all aspects of the manufacturing and fabrication of control systems, including project management, proposal generation and presentation, design and testing of control panels and equipment skids.  Skilled in troubleshooting and problem resolution; supervising the design and production team; project management with accounting responsibility.  Trained in the implementation of Six Sigma projects, Variable Cost Productivity, and Bullet Train projects.

Work experience includes 7 years with GE Automation Services in the Pensacola Manufacturing plant as Technical Engineer and Plant Manager, and 16 years with Instrument Control Service (ICS) as Project Manager, Designer, and Supervisor in the Control System fabrication and design field.

Current responsibilities span from customer relations, through proposal generation, to General Manager of Operations.

Glenn Miller

History:

Extensive experience in communications-electronics. Supervisor of an industrial manufacturing center constructing instrument control panels. Responsible for the construction of custom control panels varying from Gas Analyzer Systems to Power Distribution Control Centers. Supervised a work force varying between 50-80 technicians. Performed duties of a radar maintenance technician, supervisor and manager - USAF. Master Technician on a complex multi-band radar system, one of three in all of Strategic Air Command.

Current responsibilities include managing the production process in the plant, control incoming and outgoing shipments, and customer service.
